My teacher is very interesting, calm, and patient; I was able to focus in class as he explained things clearly and in detail. I enjoyed that he asked all students to speak and join the group discussion, and guided us to express what we would like to say, as well as correcting grammar mistakes during class. I learned a lot of examination techniques from him. Moreover, I like that he gives me weekly writing homework and lets me submit it to him for correction. I find this homework very useful.

Thoughtful and professional teachers are crucial for learning English
Marcus is a very knowledgeable, pleasant, and funny teacher. He has a lot of patience on teaching low level students, and his classes were interesting. He checked if we have done homework and if we were well-prepared at the beginning of the classes. He would explain a lot and gave us extra examples to confirm that we understood the grammar before ending the classes. He also put a lot of effort on correcting our pronunciation.
Naseem’s (our Personal Tutor) Social Clubs made me so happy. I could see how much preparation he did for every class. He is funny, but also caring. He always checked if students were able to follow the class. He came to every student to check if we were able to do and understand everything that he had taught. I really appreciate his passion for assisting students. He created a funny and happy vibe for all his students.

It was really comforting to know that my teacher, Walter, is extremely experienced and knowledgeable in IELTS.
My name is Charmaine and I am currently a form 6 student. Getting into a world-renowned University such as the University of Cambridge has always been my goal and dream, but that means I need to achieve a score of at least 7.5 on the IELTS exam. So, I did a little bit of research and found Wall Street English as one of the IELTS preparation course providers on the market.
Prior to taking the course, I was quite worried about my speaking and writing and was not sure how I would perform in the exam. So, it was really comforting to know that my teacher, Walter, is extremely experienced and knowledgeable in these areas. Over the duration of the course, I was able to acquire some very practical skills and tactics and learned how they could be applied to the weekly speaking and writing exam tasks. That together with valuable teacher feedback really helped us boost both our ability and confidence.
The one-on-one mock session near the end of the course was also quite impressive. The whole experience felt authentic and Walter was thoughtful enough to include some surprise topics along with a few challenging questions just to see how I would react. That proved to be very useful because I felt more than prepared when the time came for the actual exam.
I am happy to say that I achieved my target IELTS score and have recently submitted my application to Cambridge. Although I am feeling a little anxious as I am waiting for their reply, I am extremely excited at the same time about my future. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my teacher Walter and Wall Street English for making this possible.

Hello, I’m Chris and I decided to focus on my English studies after graduating from university. Every day I study at home with my online materials, videos and tasks. My Teachers are very helpful and they motivate me to practice and interact a lot in class with interesting games and activities. Everyone at school only speak in English with me, so I have many opportunities to speak and practice what I learned before. They are very nice and patient with me, many times helping me with mistakes and difficulties. I’m very happy that my listening and speaking skills have improved in just a few months!
